The phenomenon of bullying in labour-law relations

The main theme of this thesis is bullying in labour-law relations which is called more precisely mobbing. There has always occurred some kind of psychological violence in the society, but mobbing is assumed to be relatively a new phenomenon. Features like constant pressure on job performance, increasing unemployment and the whole pace of modern life, they all cause the more frequent tendency of mobbing. First, the important terminology related to the theme is explained. This explanation is necessary for the content of next parts of the thesis. It is the definition of labour-law relations with their division, subjects, basic principles, content, origin and extinction. Next, there are definitions of known and also less usual terms related to bullying in the text, problems of relationship between terms bullying and mobbing included. Next parts of the thesis are oriented to causes, phases, methods and consequences of mobbing. Then, the text is concentrated on legislation of protection against mobbing. The most important regulation in this field of law is undoubtedly the anti- discrimination act which with Civil Code provides means of private-law protection against discrimination and defence against bullying. Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of sex in labour-law relations

The purpose of my thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the issue of discrimination based on sex in labour-law relations. The aim of my thesis is to investigate why discrimination is still present in society despite all the effort made by the international organisations, legislators and non-governmental organizations. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to analyse the current position of women in society, the causes of why discrimination based on sex is emerging and to find out whether the status of women has improved over the decades and in which direction it is developing. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, each discussing different aspects of gender discrimination. The first chapter is an introductory part providing a brief look at the historical developments of the issue in the Czech Republic and abroad. It also examines individual areas of labour-law relations in which discrimination often occurs. The second chapter defines basic terminology used in the thesis, i.e. "equality", "direct and indirect discrimination", "sex", "gender" and "labour-law relations". This bachelor thesis is aimed at legal consciousness of primary school management. Basic legal concepts in the area of educational legislation that should be known to all school headmasters are given. The position of school headmaster in the current school system is discussed as well as his/her role based on school legislation and legal norms. Research has been focused on verification of skills and knowledge in the area of educational legislation of head teachers, mapping current situation of their involvement in labour-law relations and exploring the way statutory regulations are acknowledged, applied in practice, passed on to subordinates and how frequent changes in legislation are met. For clarity the results are presented graphically.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to acquaint the reader with issues relating to calculation of wages according to applicable laws of the Czech Republic for the year 2013. At the beginning of this thesis I will acquaint the reader with legislation, which is applicable for the year 2013. The model examples of the different situations, which can occur in practice, will depend on the given legislation. In next part I will analyze the changes for the year 2014 and the influence of these changes on personal costs of the employer in concrete company compared to the year 2013.The last part of my thesis will include the model example on annual accounting of wages.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the impact of legislative changes to payroll accounting and their application in the case of an entity. The most significant changes working in this company in terms of wages, which took place during the years 2011 to 2014, were selected. During the reporting period these changes have occurred in areas such as wage compensation for temporary inability for work, in the field of tax deductions and in the claim to the tax credit. In 2014, the border of withholding tax was moved.

This bachelor thesis deals with payroll accounting. The aim is the description of all operations related to the remuneration of employees, from the start of the employment relationship to the payment of net earnings. The thesis is focused on labour-law relations, rules of remuneration, health and social insurance, income tax and also legislative changes in particular spheres of payroll accounting. Practical example compares the different wage calculation according to payroll legislation valid in the years 2007, 2012 and 2015.

Bachelor thesis deals with labour-law relations between employer and employee. It analyzes the employer's obligation to employee from the establishment to the termination of their working relationship. It focuses on personal and payroll administration, calculation of wages and their accounting. The thesis also describes payments of self-employed person to the national budget and to the budgets of health insurance companies. These payments are compared with staff costs. The result is, that the self-employed person pays less than employer and employee to the budgets.
